Sander Plug is a director, visual artist, photographer and designer whose composed visual language and minimal aesthetic have earned him widespread acclaim throughout the industry. For 10 years, Sander created his work as part of the esteemed director duo Lernert & Sander. Since 2019, both artists sign their work individually. Their simple yet stunning approach to filmmaking earned them numerous awards and international accolades such as Andy Gold Award, Clio Image, Dutch Design Award, British Arrows and Milano Design Award. With a degree in industrial engineering and a masters in fine arts, Sander has a non-replicable style that blends the best of ingenious creative and meticulous execution.
